The amount of water in water supply sources (and these, in most cases, are wells and surface sources) largely depends on the amount of precipitation.
In summer and winter, when there is a lack of precipitation, the water flow in wells is significantly reduced, and the water level in rivers and streams can drop to critically low values. In addition, having a certain pollution of water in surface sources with products of anthropogenic origin, during a lack of water, we also have a sharp increase in the concentrations of these pollutants (primarily organic substances, ammonium nitrogen, synthetic surface substances and a significantly deteriorated bacteriological background).
During precipitation and flooding in surface sources, we have a significant increase in turbidity (up to 100 mg/l and more).
In wells, water quality can also fluctuate significantly. Often, periodic appearance of hydrogen sulfide, iron, etc. is observed.
With an acute shortage of water, we should not neglect any source (be it wells, streams, or rainwater).
Therefore, the purification system must work immediately on a group of sources and have a clean water tank volume not less than the volume of daily demand.
Our company has developed and developed a technology for purifying water from a group of sources that can operate in conditions of significant changes in the quality of incoming water by several indicators at once.
Special attention is paid to bacteriological danger. With this technology, we have 4 levels of bacteriological protection.
